Crafted with the elegance of Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Francesa, alongside a touch of Aragonez for added depth, it’s the result of meticulous work by Bruno Prats and the Symington team. They’ve opted for a fermentation at a cool 25°C, followed by maceration, creating a wonderfully smooth texture and promising a fascinating evolution – a confident choice for any discerning wine lover, particularly fantastic with hearty beef dishes.
