This “Quanta Terra” feels like it sprung from a passionate tête-à-tête between two winemakers, doesn’t it? The nose reveals dark, red fruit practically begging for attention, while on the palate, the structure is impressively firm – those tannins were clearly selected with a discerning eye. It’s a genuinely comforting Portuguese expression, and one that Jorge Alves and Celso Pereira would undoubtedly have approved of; perfect alongside a generous slice of Iberian ham to really amplify those rich flavours.
