This Prazo Roriz is a wonderfully exuberant invitation to raise a glass, meticulously hand-picked and bursting with a delightfully discerning selection. The stainless steel fermentation, coupled with a prolonged maceration that feels like a perpetual dance, really extracts those gorgeous red fruits – think ripe raspberry and cherry – and surprisingly, a beautiful mineral note that speaks to the unique terroir of Roriz. Definitely one to enjoy now, but with a little patience, it’s destined for an elegant evolution in the bottle. Wonderful with grilled beef, I’d say.
