The cherry colour is the result of obtaining the must by bleeding after contact with the skins. In the fruit aromas resulting from the slow fermentation it is possible to identify grape and pear, but peach stands out through retro nasal. Floral and spice notes are also present. In the mouth one can feel the structure, the body and the presence of discreet tannins. Greasy and fatty, this wine keeps its elegance in a long finish provided by the freshness and acidity.
