The National Cellar is required to store all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance that comes with their age. We select brands/regions that, by nature, reveal distinct characteristics in vintage wine tastings. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism that, even while sealed in a bottle, is subject to various evolutions over time. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe first, which will help release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
