The fermentation, utilising a curious blend of granite lagares, inox tanks and PVC containers, certainly suggests a wine with a distinctive character. Achieving a respectable 91 points from *Revista de Vinhos*, the wine boasts a deep ruby colour and a frankly quite alluring floral aroma. Expect a refreshingly vibrant palate, smoothed by refined tannins and a delightful accompaniment to game or earthy mushroom dishes – a classic pairing that undoubtedly benefits from the subtle oak influence of the French barrels.”
