Bottles of older wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, which is normal given their age. The National Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands and regions that, as a rule, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of older wines. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism that, even while sealed in a bottle, is exposed to time and its aromas evolve in different ways. Thus, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, given that it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, as this will help release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
