The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but it always preserves the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands and regions that, by nature, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of old wines. However, we want to remind you that wine is a living organism, and even when sealed in a bottle, its aromas evolve over time. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe first; this helps release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
