The bottles of old wines may show traces of dust and damaged labels, which is to be expected given their age. The National Cellar is committed to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but always chooses to preserve the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that normally reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. Nevertheless, we inform you that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even within a bottle, aromas evolve in different ways. Thus, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, since it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, as this will help release its natural aromas after many years closed.
