On the palate it offers fresh, well‑integrated acidity, a captivating texture and a lingering, tasty finish, reflecting the quality of the grape and the granitic terroir of the region. It pairs beautifully with seafood—mussels à bulhão pato, sushi and sashimi—salads with seafood or grilled fish, as well as fresh cheeses and light Mediterranean dishes.
