This rosé from Quinta do Couquinho is a beautifully delicate affair, crafted from grapes grown in the highest parts of the estate, carefully watched over by Touriga Nacional. The hand-harvesting and transport in 20kg boxes ensure the fruit retains its freshness throughout. It delivers a vibrant red hue, characteristic of the Douro Valley, and would pair wonderfully with fresh fish or grilled shrimp.
