The vineyards, averaging 20 years old and planted on slate soil, reflect the estate’s tradition and unique terroir dating back to 1864. The winemaking is meticulous, with fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks and maturation in oak barrels and terracotta amphorae, giving the wine a distinctive complexity and character.
