This Dão wine bursts with a vibrant ruby colour, immediately enticing the palate. Red berry aromas are abundant, followed by a remarkably light and smooth finish that lingers beautifully. A lovely blend of Alfonso, Encruzado and Aragonês creates a wonderfully balanced wine – utterly perfect with a hearty roast or, perhaps, a classic pork dish from the Alentejo region.
