Vinified on the press, it offers a solid structure and complexity, with huge aging potential. Vinification: After a careful selection at the vineyard and cellar, the fermentation of the different varieties took place separately in stainless‑steel tanks, where the grapes were gently crushed by foot. The wine was then transferred directly to French oak barrels—40 % new and 60 % aged 20‑30 years—where it matured for nine months.
