Beyra Uvas Sourced from vineyards planted on the Beira Interior plateau at an average altitude of 700 metres, mostly on schist soils. Depending on the vintage, we select the finest vineyards, whose indigenous grape varieties are perfectly adapted to the rugged climate created by the altitude. Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested, received and fully destemmed, then crushed immediately. Fermentation takes place at 22–26 °C over 7 days, with gentle maceration.
