Dönnhoff Winery, located in Oberhausen on the Nahe, is one of the leading flagships of German viticulture, both domestically and internationally. Winemaking runs in the Dönnhoff family's blood. The family's history in viticulture began more than 250 years ago, and subsequent generations have carried on this tradition. Among them was grandfather Hermann Dönnhoff Senior, who had a great passion for Riesling and therefore devoted considerable attention to winemaking and to acquiring the finest vineyards in the region.
