The National Wine Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but it always opts to preserve the visual appearance that reflects their age. We curate a selection of brands and regions that, in general, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of vintage wines. However, we want to emphasize that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even inside a bottle, its aromas evolve in different ways. Therefore, the National Wine Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe beforehand; this helps release its natural aromas after so many years sealed.
