Aroma of ripe dark fruit, spices, and toasted notes. The fermentation is carried out separately, starting with Aragonez and then with Alicante Bouschet. Even in the field, the harvest is done manually and the grapes are subject to a first selection. These are then moved to the cellar’s refrigerated chambers where the temperature is stabilized at 10 °C. Contains sulfites.
