Taylor's launches a limited edition Tawny Reserva Port that celebrates its long history of pioneering spirit and passion. The specially developed bottle for this edition was inspired by wine bottles made in England between 1715 and 1740. An intense orange core fades into a reddish rim. On the nose it presents mature and complex, full of subtle nuances. Aromas of plum, fig and sultanas mingle with sweet notes of apple and biscuit. Hints of cedarwood and leather add an exotic dimension. The wine is round and seductive, with discreet yet well‑integrated tannins and an appealing acidity. Rich flavours of English cake and fresh plum shine on a long finish. Marvelously balanced and harmonious, it carries all the elegance and intensity earned by ageing in oak barrels.
