Terroir Sense Fronteres began as a quest to capture the unique mineralism and soul of Montsant and to give a liquid voice to the restraint and freshness of the clay and sandy hills that surround Priorat. The 2021 Terroir Sense Fronteres Brisat is a dry white blend of garnacha blanc (75 %) and macabeo (25 %) whose name means “skin‑fermented” in Catalan. In fact, half of the grapes are vinified for 5–7 days on the skins, while the other half are pressed directly from whole bunches with wild yeast in stainless‑steel tanks. Both lots are then aged for 6–8 months, also in stainless steel.
