Thymiopoulos Xinomavro Jeunes Vignes is a wine bearing the Apostolos Thymiopoulos label, the great architect behind the modernisation of the Xinomavro grape. This young red is a celebration of Mediterranean freshness and elegance, born from vines grown in slate, granite and limestone soils in the Naoussa region. Under biodynamic viticulture and a winemaking process that combines whole bunches and spontaneous fermentation, the wine undergoes a brief eight‑month period in concrete tanks to preserve its fruity purity. A bright, complex red that dispels myths about Greek wines and is best enjoyed slightly chilled.
