Born amongst the demanding slopes of Pinhel (700 metres above sea level), this “Titan” showcases the surprising richness you can find in granite terroir. Luís Leocádio, through his INDIEgente project, has masterfully coaxed the full ripeness from the Touriga Nacional, meticulously hand-picking the grapes in 20kg boxes – a testament to his dedication. The lengthy fermentation, followed by 10 months in stainless steel and a further 12 in French oak, delivers a wonderfully complex wine, perfectly suited to accompany cured meats and cheeses from the Beira Interior region.
