This Trimbach Pinot Gris Reserva is the kind of wine that makes you think, “Wow, that’s sophisticated!” It boasts a nose of beautifully ripe stone fruits – think toasted almonds and caramelized figs – with a hint of honey, a clear reflection of the Guardaš vineyard’s unique terroir. On the palate, the vibrant acidity, inherited from the Pinot Noir component, beautifully balances the sweetness, while the Palomino and Auxo contribute an incredibly elegant texture. Absolutely deserving of a pairing with foie gras patés or delicate white fish dishes with fragrant herbs. A true gem from the region!
