Vallegre A robust, deep wine with soul. With a high ageing potential, it can be enjoyed in the next 8 to 10 years. **Viticulture**: From Quinta da Vista Alegre in the Cima Corgo region, this wine is made from vines over 80 years old, planted on old terraces with predominantly south‑facing exposure. **Vinification**: The harvest is done manually, in small crates, with a careful selection of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in vats with foot‑treading, after total destemming of the grapes. **Stage**: It aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months. The wine is not filtered or cold‑stabilised, so all its natural elements are preserved. **Conservation**: It should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, keeping the bottle horizontal.
