100 Hectares

A family wine producer located in the Peso da Régua area of the Douro region. The Brás e Cigarro family has owned properties in the Douro since the early 1970s. While for many years most of their grape production was sold to third parties, in 2009 André and Filipe Brás began producing wine under their own label using only the best grapes from their approximately 104 hectares of vineyards. The company philosophy is deeply rooted in the generational legacy and respect for the Douro terroir, guided by the motto: "The land was not given to us by our parents, but lent by our children". They produce a range of red, white, and rosé wines, including varietals like Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Sousão.
