Grand Noir de la Calmette é uma casta tintureira — uma uva tinta com polpa também tinta para além da pele tinta — criada no sul de França no final do século XIX. Historicamente usada para aprofundar a cor dos lotes do Languedoc, a casta perdeu favor à medida que os viticultores mudaram para as nobres castas tintas internacionais. As plantações reduziram-se a quantidades insignificantes; sobrevive sobretudo em coleções ampelográficas e em alguns sítios experimentais.
