Description

Aged for six months in French oak barrels. The grapes are selected at harvest and transported in crates straight to the cellar. The winemaking involves crushing and total destemming. Fermentation takes place in an open vat with temperature control. The result is a perfect blend of vibrant, youthful red fruit. It stands out with a floral and fresh character that, combined with sweet aromas from the brief wood aging, imparts a touch of complexity and harmony. On the palate, it is full‑bodied with a fresh, lingering finish, striking a good balance between natural acidity and structure. The mineral character of the region shines through in the wine's freshness. Contains sulfites.
