Tempranillo monovarietal that tells the story of César Príncipe, drawn from his grandfather Eutiquio’s old cellar carved into the rock on the slopes of Fuensaldaña where the first bulk wines were made. The limestone walls of the wine cellar were his personal ledger, where he recorded debits and credits—such as the 13 barrels he owed to a certain Nicolás. Today, that improvised bookkeeping gives the wine its name, a fresh, fruit‑rich style meant to be enjoyed with good company.
