Conscious of its duty as today’s oldest producer of table wine and Moscatel de Setúbal in Portugal, the company follows a philosophy of perpetual development, constantly investing more in research and production, blending the most modern techniques with traditional knowledge. A prime example is Adega José de Sousa Rosado Fernandes in Reguengos de Monsaraz, Alentejo, where the Roman tradition of fermenting in clay pots coexists with the latest technology.
