Description

The production of Moscatel, as a fortified wine, is similar to that of Port wines, yielding sweet wines whose alcoholic fermentation is halted by adding grape spirit. After a set period of skin maceration, the Moscatel is aged in barrels to refine its rich, aromatic profile. These wines come from various Moscatel grape varieties, internationally celebrated for their aromatic richness and high natural sugar concentration.
