This À Parte is a wine that, frankly, seemed to need a little encouragement to surface from the Alentejo earth. Carefully nurtured in a cellar, it patiently developed its distinctive character. The slow, deliberate fermentation, aided by a quality French oak and an Amorim natural cork, delivers a remarkable elegance. A truly deserved tasting alongside a hearty beef dish or a classic beef Stroganoff – it’s a pairing that really allows its complexity to shine. And, of course, the Grand Gold from the Organic Wine Award is a well-deserved recognition of the vineyard’s dedication.
