This white from Adega de Borba, crafted with Arinto, Antão Vaz, and Roupeiro, feels like it’s sprung to life on a summer morning. Harvested early in the day – a deliberate move to keep the grapes fresh – it delivers a burst of citrus notes, reminiscent of *lágima* (pearl) wine. The slow fermentation, held at a cool 18°C, allows the persistent citrus character, largely thanks to the Antão Vaz and Roupeiro, to fully express itself. A delightfully light and refreshing wine, perfect with grilled fish or a vibrant citrus salad.
