This Reserva Alicante Bouschet from Adega de Redondo isn’t a wine for the faint of heart. It boasts a deep ruby hue and a nose brimming with ripe red fruits, with a delightful hint of dark chocolate – a true nod to the region’s heritage. On the palate, there’s a surprising freshness beautifully balanced by the elegance only granite and xisto terroir can bestow. Absolutely perfect with black pork, I’d say.
