The lengthy maceration, meticulously employed by the producer, unveils aromas of ripe black fruit alongside a spicy nuance. Maturation in new 300-litre French oak barrels delivers a velvety texture and vibrant freshness, culminating in vanilla notes that would pair beautifully with a perfectly grilled beef dish.
