This parcel wine is crafted from the grape varieties Rojal, Viura, Garnacha Blanca, and Calagraño. Each variety is worked separately and fermented with the skins, without skimming. The white wine is aged for 24 months, half of which in French oak barrels and the remainder in clay and limestone.
