Aliás Rosé

Description

This Aliás, hailing from the Bairrada, clearly enjoyed a lively chat with its native yeasts – a nine-month aging in used French oak barrels certainly helped. The result is a rosé that’s wonderfully integrated with the oak, yet retains the bright, vibrant character of the Baga grape. Seriously refreshing, it pairs beautifully with grilled fish or a berry salad, if you’ll indulge me.
