Winemaking: 100 % hand‑picked Malbec grapes. After a careful double sorting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts to capture the vineyard’s character. Fermentation occurs in separate stainless‑steel tanks at 24–28 °C for 10 days, with each tank sampled three times a day to determine what is needed. The wine is aged for a minimum of nine months in concrete tanks, with no oak maturation.
