Description

This white is the perfect interplay between fruit maturity and the vibrant acidity of the Mosel. Sourced from vines up to 80 years old in the mythical Apotheke vineyard, where slate imposes its rule, it is harvested late to achieve a sublime concentration. With just 8 % alcohol it displays a bouquet of ripe pears, apricots and a subtle hint of honey. On the palate it is pure balance: the fruit sweetness is offset by a citrus acidity of grapefruit and pineapple, closing with an herbaceous, deeply mineral finish.
