This rosé from the Setúbal Peninsula is a charming tribute to António José Ribeiro Saramago, the grandson of a celebrated winemaker. Made primarily with Touriga Nacional – predictably – it bursts with a vibrant acidity and a generous mouthfeel, practically begging for another glass. You'll pick up persistent citrus notes, reminiscent of shallots, alongside a delicate floral aroma reflecting the local terroir. Jancis Robinson and Robert Parker were both suitably impressed, and rightly so – it’s a beautiful balance of tradition and contemporary style, ideal with grilled fish or a refreshing strawberry salad.
