Anzol Tinto

Description

This “Anzol” from Caves da Montanha certainly seems to have indulged in a little Alentejo getaway – the Douro’s clearly taken a backseat. Built on a foundation of Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional and Aragonez, it delivers a wonderfully intense aromatic profile: ripe black fruit, a hint of spice, and an acidity that’s quite daring. Definitely a wine to pair with hearty game meats or a nicely roasted rabbit.
