Caiado In the shade of the day and the light of the night, the Alentejo caiado paints the imagination and charts the path of all dreams. With colors that spring from the earth, this wine is meant to brush moments and be savored with the heart. A fresh, versatile Alentejo red that makes a great companion for a wide range of dishes. Light meals, tapas, cheese and charcuterie boards, or even grilled meats, will certainly be an excellent match. **Vinification**: The harvest was hand‑picked into 20 kg crates, followed by a selection of bunches and clusters in the cellar. The grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed, then fermented in stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 25 °C. **Enology**: Rui Reguinga and Carlos Rodrigues.
