Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal, founded in 1922 under the name João Pires & Filhos, has embarked on a long journey, establishing itself as one of Portugal's most innovative wine producers. The company began by producing wines from grapes grown in the Palmela region. Throughout the 1980s, Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal expanded, acquiring estates across the country and creating new paradigms for quality wine production.
