Description

The Baías and Enseadas wines were the fulfilment of an old dream that began to materialise in 2012, with the purchase of the plot that would become the Ribeirinha vineyard in the Codiceira, Sintra, followed by the actual planting the following year. These two vineyards are the source of the grapes that give rise to the Baías and Enseadas wines. The soils of these vineyards are primarily clay‑limestone, with clay predominating in Ribeirinha and limestone in Campo, resulting in more voluminous wines in the former and more elegant ones in the latter. Combining grapes from the two vineyards yields wines of greater complexity. (image merely illustrative)
