This Barão de Vilar rosé is a delightfully exuberant burst of raspberry – almost a little *too* enthusiastic! You get floral notes mingling with a hint of honey, a clear nod to the Douro’s sweet terroir. On the palate, it’s a vibrant strawberry and cherry attack that gracefully unfolds into blackcurrant and raspberry, all kept wonderfully fresh with a subtle herbaceous lift. Seriously, it's perfect with a nice grilled fish.
