This Bastardo certainly has a story or two to tell. Hailing from the Setúbal Peninsula, this wine presents a remarkably deep topaz hue, suggesting it’s soaked up plenty of that regional sunshine. Hazelnut and dried fruit notes playfully mingle with a refreshing mint and spice profile, hinting at a truly complex experience. On the palate, it’s wonderfully rounded and fruity, beautifully balanced by elegant acidity – and a long finish that begs for another glass. We’d recommend pairing it with some aged cheeses or a good, cured ham.
