The Bernard Baudry Le Clos Guillot is a red wine from the Loire Valley, crafted by Bernard Baudry, one of the most respected producers of the AOC Chinon. Le Clos Guillot is a single‑varietal Cabernet Franc that springs from a privileged limestone slope with southwest exposure, where the clay on top and the yellow tufa on the slope shape a wine of great refinement, often compared to the delicacy of a fine Pinot Noir. Thus we have a Cabernet with a Burgundy soul, revealing itself as elegant and subtle, capable of offering a seductive range of aromas of acidic cherries and black wild fruits.
