This Tapada de Coelheiros is a reliably complex offering from the Alentejo – a wine that’s clearly seen a thing or two. Built on a foundation of Trincadeira and Touriga Nacional, it’s cleverly complemented by a touch of Alicante Bouschet, delivering a luxuriously smooth finish. Robert Parker himself gave it his seal of approval, and for good reason – it’s a genuinely impressive wine, a fitting tribute to the heritage of the Herdade de Coelheiros and their famed Arraiolos carpets.
