Beyra Origin: 100 % Moscatel Galego Branco grapes from organic dry‑farming (no irrigation), sourced from a plot of our vineyard with clay‑silt soil and quartz veins, located in the parish of Vermiosa at 725 m altitude, within the Douro International Natural Park, where cool nights help preserve the full potential of the grape’s primary aromas. Vinification: Manual harvest into small perforated 20 kg crates, gentle pressing of whole bunches without de‑stemming to preserve maximum fruit integrity; natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16 °C and 17 °C to achieve maximum expression of the grape/soil/climate combination. Maturation: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was in contact with fine lees, which were lifted and stirred for about a month in a stainless‑steel tank to gain creaminess and mouth‑volume. After bottling, the wine aged for three months in the bottle. Allergen information Contains sulfites.
