This Beyra rosé, born in the challenging altitudes of the Beira Interior (750 metres!), is a truly aromatic journey through red and tropical fruits, heavily influenced by Pinot Noir and Rufete. The hand-harvested grapes, gentle crushing, and fermentation in used French oak “perles” barrels, all contribute to a remarkable complexity – a medium body and a long, lingering finish. It’s a celebration of the region's unique terroir, with its schist and granite soils, championed by Rui Roboredo Madeira, and perfectly suited for pairing with Mediterranean cuisine.
