Nuno Aguiar and António Olazabal Ferreira have cleverly unveiled a side of the Douro with this white – a wine that, despite its understated appearance, packs a serious punch of terroir. Crafted with meticulous care, starting with a gentle separation of the must, it relies on a cool, 17°C stainless steel fermentation to truly highlight the vibrant citrus and floral notes of the Rabigato, Viosinho, and Côdega do Larinho grapes. Born from century-old granite-rich vineyards, this wine is refreshingly elegant, boasting a lingering finish that’s particularly lovely with fresh fish or shellfish.
